Plan and lead that weeks service.  Co-ordinate and communicate with everyone involved to ensure they understand their role and confirm they are available.  Communicate the schedule with the screen person so they can prepare the OpenLP presentation.  Lead the congregation in fixing our eyes on Jesus, through prayers, hearing the word, praise in song and other creative means to engage and learn from God's Word and encourage and build up one another.  Arrive by 4:30pm to make sure everything is organised, spend time in prayer with others at 4:45pm for the service and ensure a prompt start time at 5pm.
