Prepare to read the assigned passage in NIV2011 bible version by reading several times and reflecting on it beforehand.  Arrive by 8:45am to pray with service leader and others.  Announce the Bible reading and page number in pew bibles, giving people time to find the passage in their own Bibles.  If you don't have access to an NIV2011 bible, click on the link to the Bible passage in the roster and print it from there.  Please read from a pew Bible, not your phone.
