Arrive 12pm, Have flyers on table for people to look at and take if they want. Set up the payment/rego desk with all information needed for the day, greet people, make sure all volunteers have signed in the volunteer sign in sheet and have there lanyards, get people registered and give them number, direct people to the avo tea. Hand them 3 pages to go home - shopping procedure, date flyer & inquiry card.
