Pick up food from Ozharvest prior to Pantry
Arrive 11.00am, organise food items for tables of free items 12.15pm pray for the day, make sure all rostered people are on (contact if not here), make sure all volunteers have lanyards & have signed form, oversee all aspects of jobs for the day, lock up church.
Email team with info from past pantry & make sure rego's are sent through to Anglicare. Put onto computer the list of new people with there phone numbers and print out new lists of "Tally", "Sign in volunteer", "already Registered". Sunday before pantry make sure rosters are complete after all unavailabilties are in (do the next week in draft form).
