Arrive 12pm , turn on ern, set up tea, coffee, sugar, spoons, bring milk and food (including gluten free), table outside (if weather ok), table inside for food - they come get a plate of food and take back to their table.  clean up & wash up when finished turn off ern,  talk to people. If two people listed then both to bring a plate of food - bought or made is fine.
